Jane Eames RDN
Practice Manager. GDC No:134107

I have been involved with developing Market Street Dental Practice since 2005.

I am a registered dental nurse and have been involved in the dental profession since 1996.

My varied experience in surgery, on reception and managerial roles enables me to carry out my duties to a high standard. My priority is always to ensure that our patients receive a first class service, while encouraging, motivating and supporting our team to reach its full potential.

My main role is to oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, keeping the clinics operating efficiently and to ensure our in-house systems are working smoothly and correctly.

I often return to patient treatments and run clinics to apply fluoride to children’s teeth when it is prescribed.
This patient contact helps me keep up to date with my surgery skills.

You will find me in the practice every day and I am on hand to assist, advise and listen to patient feedback, as well as dealing with any patient’s concerns (my door is always open …)

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and shopping.
I also enjoy socialising and can always be found on the dance floor!
My position within the practice fulfils my thirst for knowledge, while the continual changes within the Dental Health Care system keep me both challenged and interested.
